The Platform is operated under the trademark “NEWS NEXT”, which is legally owned by the Company through a valid Assignment Deed transferring full rights, title, and interest.

This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) is published and implemented by  ARCHA MEDIA  PRIVATE LIMITED, The Platform is operated under the trademark “NEWS NEXT”, which is legally owned by the Company through a valid Assignment (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “Platform”, “Website”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), for the purpose of informing users, readers, subscribers, visitors, advertisers, contributors, journalists, and all other persons accessing or using the news media website, mobile application, digital publication platform, or associated services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) regarding the manner in which cookies, trackers, tags, pixels, analytics technologies, and similar automated data collection technologies are used, stored, processed, and managed.

This Policy shall be read together with the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, Data Retention Policy, Advertising Policy, Community Guidelines, and all other applicable legal documents published by the Company on the Platform.
