- GENERAL USER CONSENT CLAUSE
By accessing, browsing, registering with, subscribing to, interacting with, or otherwise using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge, confirm, and provide your free, specific, informed, unconditional, unambiguous, and affirmative consent for the collection, processing, storage, usage, disclosure, retention, transfer, analysis, and lawful processing of your personal data by the Company in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, applicable laws, and the Privacy Policy of the Platform.
